Hypospadias is thought to result from failure of the urinary channel to completely tubularize to the end of the penis. The cause of hypospadias disorder is still unknown, but it may be part of a syndrome with multiple abnormalities.
Hypospadias repair is a type of surgery to correct a defect in the opening of the penis that is present at birth. In the disorder of hypospadias, the Urethra doesn’t end at the tip of the penis.
